Klaviyo is a really awesome tool that combines both email and SMS marketing to maximize revenue and make sure that we can reach our customers and communicate our offers at the lowest cost possible, in my opinion, it's the best solution for retention because CPMs on paid ads platforms are getting more expensive every day and customers feed are more crowded than ever so email and SMS is the best and cheapest way to reach them.
