Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo
I use Klaviyo for both email and text message marketing. It houses all of my welcome flows, discounts, and monthly campaigns throughout the year.
- Dynamic segments of email lists
- Drag and drop builders
- Image galleries
- It can be clunky on the site when using automatic installation.
- Font formatting within the email builder can be challenging.
- I would like it if suppressing emails was easier.
- I've see clear upward trends in both email and SMS returns.
- I'm able to send more frequent campaigns because of the ease of building and scheduling.
Klaviyo has competitive pricing, better customer service, and an easier user interface than other products I've tried.
