Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4

We have a set of several admins on KnowBe4, but we use our LMS for publishing the trainings.
KnowBe4 is used by the Security Team to provide Security Awareness and other trainings to the entire organization.
  • KnowBe4 has the largest selection of trainings that I have seen in the market.
  • KnowBe4's price is a bargain compared to other competitors for what you get.
  • The Modstore tab should be renamed to avoid confusion.
  • Not all trainings are updated annually.
  • KnowBe4 has allowed us to expand our training program and stay up to date with new laws such as CCPA.
KnowBe4's price point for the number of trainings is far better than its competitors.
We have a dedicated Account Manager that follows up with updates and that is very responsive to questions.

The access to different publishers has given us choices for trainings, where in the past we were restricted to one course per topic, such as PCI. Fresh training content allows our employees to stay current on new and emerging trends, laws, and regulations.
We do not use any KnowBe4 reports at this time. We use reports out of our LMS.
KnowBe4 would be a great purchase for an organization of any size and in any industry. There is a wide variety of training and content available that alleviates the burden of creating training from scratch within a company.
