Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
Users can easily send suspicious emails to a central location for further analysis. Problems discovered that the PhishER system would tell us this email is clean, but in doing manual inspections, the email is 100% a threat. If we relied on PhishER, we would have a problem.
- Central location for the suspicious emails to be analyzed.
- Easy for users to use.
- In most cases, the service will properly analyze the email.
- Poor method of analyzing (some emails you're telling me are clean) when they're not.
- You should run the attachments in a sandbox to properly analyze.
- Gives us a quicker way to analyze malicious emails.
- Saves us time.
By having a PhishER plugin, our users can easily send email to PhishER which saves us from having to do it.
