Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
KnowBe4 PhishER is used with our email system to allow employees to report instances of potential phishing and prevent unauthorized access to our systems. IN the past, employees have clicked on emails that compromised our systems and required our IT provider to repair/resolve the issue.
- Allows staff to report suspicious emails
- Quickly removes and quarantines suspicious emails
- Allows for review of reported emails
- Removes reported emails from other users
- Help identify suspicious emails to staff
- Make review of quarantined emails easier
- Have their tab more prominent
- Isolating emails threats more quickly (never had this function before)
- Preventing/mitigating phishing attacks
- Keep IT provider involved on more mission related projects
- Prevent employee down time from incidents
Employees are presented with a method to report potential phishing attempts and not unknowingly cause system breaches.

We are very new to PhishER and have just started implementing other capabilities, starting with PhishRIP.
Currently in training to fully implement and use.
Looked at no other products. PhishER was recommended by the Diocesan Information Systems Community and our IT provider.
