Great to have fresh content and multiple publishers for our users to keep fresh as well. Having a varied form of training that isn't always the same format or from the same place is really nice. I would like to see a bit more content that users can use at home as this will translate to safer workplaces since everyone is using VPN now.
We handle user management with their company emails and new passwords created for these logins. A lot of times users will think that they need to use the same passwords for these accounts but we suggest that they use new ones. We are gradually getting everyone to work with this new procedure.
Reporting is great and super easy to use. Lots of reports and metrics we're able to quickly see in the dashboard and loads more info available if you need to dig down into the data. There are ways to see how each user, department, and division is doing if you set it up correctly.
