This content has some more in-depth topics. One we take advantage of is content related to the EU Data protections. With the different videos and poster we can share this information with our users. The mobile friendly training is also helpful to more more options on how to distribute the modules. having this training available in many languages is also beneficial to a global organization. This training as had a marginal impact on risk score, but could potentially save our organization a lot in fines if data is not handled properly.

The ability to combines phishing campaigns, awareness training, and reporting all in one automated platform has greatly reduced the time and effectiveness of our security program. It has giving our small team the ability to easily track the progress of training and then test our users on the content to better understand the impact the training has provided.

Considering the amount of current and useful topics provided with the compliance plus package, with additional training material the cost is justifiable, if your organization is affected by the topics covered. It is useful to be able to preview the content before making a decision on purchasing as well.

We have not compared the value based on other content providers. As we heavily use Knowbe4 platform for phishing and security awareness training the cost was of Non-standard software assessment process to keep the training under the same platform. But the overall platform is very comparable to competitors in with similar offerings.
