Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Used more heavily in our division, for frequent phishing tests (and remedial training for those that fail) as well as for yearly security policy and procedure review to help ensure PCI Audit compliance.
- Breadth of phishing test templates.
- Pre-canned Security Awareness training by Kevin Mitnick provides a very decent ground-up overview that is kept up to date.
- Flexibility to support yearly review of important policies where an audit trail is maintained of compliance.
- The sole complaint off-hand is I wish it were easier to confirm the source IP of click/open on phishing tests. There have been some false positives due to malware screen interactions causing false clicks.
- This is somewhat of an unknown, but I am confident it places our org in a much better position to withstand the constant threat of the malware/ransomware milieu.

It helps ensure we are getting value for the money invested that the training matches as closely as possible (within the limits of the depth of training expected for our userbase) the changing threat environment.

The ongoing phishing campaign reports are helpful.
