Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I have used the SA training as probably one of the first customers of KnowBe4 when I owned an MSP/InfoSec consulting company both internally and for our clients. Since selling and joining Goodwill of the Heartland in the first two weeks I performed a NIST audit and implemented KnowBe4.
We currently download the SA Training and import it into our LMS (UTG) as part of our SA awareness program. The KnowBe4 LMS works great but doing the uploads to UTG standardized on one LMS allowed my HR team to take over the enforcement, reporting, etc. The last question - well we took a 48% click rate 18 months ago down to under 3 which has lowered our risks considerably.

- Great content and engaging - employees actually email wanting to see the next episode of the "Inside Man"... one said they wanted to see the next "Netflix" show.
- Easy to learn CBTS of real world examples.
- Love the KM ones that show what the "bad guys" do on their end.
- Lots of content under 15 minutes.
- The content is great - just keep the new ones coming.
- The only thing I don't like is the MOD search - if you search for a series it doesn't put them in order... that and you cannot do "season 2".
- Maybe more how the Black Hats do things and offer more technical ones - more specific CFO type scams as an example.
- Before KnowBe4, we had 4 security event tickets per quarter - someone clicking on something that infected a device. It has been zero the last three quarters.
- As I stated in one of the other questions - we had almost 50% of the users clicking on easily simulated phishes in the first campaign - we have been under 3% the last two months.
- No breaches and no Crypto events since we started with KnowBe4 in an increasing threat landscape.
Infosec had great training materials as well but the KB4 interface and my familiarity with your product were why I went with KnowBe4.
