Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We use KnowBe4's product for cybersecurity awareness for our whole company. We have used their simulated phishing product to get a baseline of just how vulnerable we are to an attack, and it was a real eye-opener. We are implementing training for the entire organization this week to help us mitigate the security risks our organization faces.

We use active directory implementation within KB4. This allows for an easy to manage user setup within their system.
The ability to see what departments\users pose a risk to our company's network security.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Microsoft Teams, Telegram, ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
KnowBe4 is a fantastic tool for testing your organization on your risk to cybersecurity issues at your user level. They will help show you what departments are not great at cybersecurity and where your training holes are. They are great at assisting us in getting everything implemented as well.
They are not going to be doing other aspects of network\computer security like pen-testing, but when it comes to what they claim to be able to do, they are very very good at it.
