Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4 SAT to send out phishing emails to employees to identify areas of improvement and training opportunities. We also have used the platform to deliver state-mandated Cybersecurity Awareness training to users. Users who fail the phishing training are assigned basic security awareness training, a second failure after training results in additional training to help users better protect the organization.

Fresh content is great. Users don't want to see the same thing year after year, but adding content that is more relevant to scams/social engineering currently going on is extremely helpful. It doesn't help to give users advice on something that isn't a way attackers use today but they did 10 years ago.
We try and make sure users are [currently] in the system and that they are completing their training. Most of this is done through automation so there is very little to do until we switch training each year to reset the progress and set up new training campaigns.
How many people have completed their training, the phish click percentage compared to national averages and also averages to peer institutions.
