Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 is being used by the entire corporation. We have one location in Canada and eight sites in the United States. We use KnowBe4 for annual training and for monthly fishing tests. The software works, our employees are very aware of all the issues to look for in e-mails. Our results are well below the industry average for the number of times employees click on the test phishing emails.

Fresh training is very important. Without this, the users would complain about going through the same course each year. We get positive feedback about the courses.
We have it connected to our AD so it is quite easy.
The number of positive hits on the phishing tests as well as the reports related to the completion of training. We cut users off the internet if they don't finish their training. Works very well for compliance.
