Unfortunately using fresh content has shown that users should be enrolled in security fundamentals training annually. Most successful cyber-attacks are the result of a phishing scam. These scams are using fresh content to lure users so we have to make the users aware of this.
If the user is selected for the campaign and clicks the items they are automatically enrolled in a required training class. If the user does not complete the class in the allotted time, they are enrolled in a follow-up class and informed that if this class is not complete, their supervisor will be notified.
The organization's risk score dashboard gives a top overview of the progress of the campaigns.

Phishing Security Test Campaigns again provides a more detailed version of the last 5 phishing campaigns - again to see the overall score of the organization. Very useful to provide to management on how the organization is showing progress.
Well suited to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity in any organization which may be exposed to ransomware. Especially where customer data could be compromised as a result of this exposure.
