Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Our organization uses KnowBe4 to address a lack of awareness amongst staff of issues around cyber security. We have had a number of phishing attempts (some successful) on our staff recently and were looking to provide awareness training to attempt to prevent this in the future. We are using it to provide training to staff and to send friendly phishing emails.
  • Large library of content
  • Good customer success managers
  • Easy to use
  • Ability to customise more of the content
  • Ability to view training stats by group
  • We are too early in our journey to comment on ROI but the response from staff so far has been very positive

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?

Yes

We didn't have a security awareness training program previously so this has made a huge impact. It would have taken a lot more work and time to get a program up and running if we didn't have access to a regularly updated library of content. It has been great to have different styles of content on the same topic as some staff prefers to watch a video whereas others would rather read a newsletter, good to have options.
We have ADI enabled so that users are automatically added and removed from KnowBe4 in sync with our Active Directory. This was easy to set up and ensures that all new staff are added to KnowBe4 as soon as they start. We also have groups set up for each of our business areas and users are automatically added to these (each has a different domain).
For the training campaigns, it is useful for the executive team and board to see the percentage of users that have completed the training. Feedback from staff is also used to improve on subsequent campaigns. When sending out friendly phishing emails it has been useful to know how many users clicked a link and how we rate against our industry benchmark.
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft To Do (formerly Wunderlist), OneNote
It is well suited to organizations that have very low cyber security awareness, there is entry-level training material available that is easy for users to consume. It would also be suited to organizations where some users may not have access to a computer as there is a lot of material that can be printed (posters, newsletters, etc.) and distributed in staff rooms or on notice boards for example.
