Users tend to click the phish events, 1. We use KnowBe4 for training our users to be aware of Phish scams. 2. We use the KnowBe4 platform to test what percent of a user is phish-prone, and also, 3. Use the KnowBe4 platform to test what percent of users in the entire company is phish-prone. 4. We use KnowBe4 for accessing the security incident raised by users. 5. To set-up Phish campaigns.
- KnowBe4 lets us know the Phish prone users.
- Trainings in KnowBe4 are straightforward, well explained, and to the point.
- Phish campaigns are easy to set-up.
- Trainings are easy to track and set up. We love the remainder part.
- I enjoy using KnowBe4 tool very much, but sometimes the test emails take longer than expected to be in our inbox.
- Our users are always aware of such incidences.
- We see the increase in the frequency of Security tickets if users have any doubt regarding any suspicious activity.
I have personally used none. But a friend of mine said they used this product and is not efficient as much as KnowBe4.
