We have compared KnowBe4 training with many others. It is the best in the industry, yet like others cannot help certain users who won't learn. All it takes is one user to be compromised to put your data in danger. Additional controls are needed to protect from these attacks.

Barracuda's email's tricked more of our users and looked more believable. Since Barracuda is at no extra cost with their email filtering, we have decided this will be our primary solution. Their training is less polished and effective. Others do not have content or management tools.

Manual addition and deletion of users. We do not federate our O365 AD or want to tie it to any additional third-party providers.
Accurate metrics on users that fell for the bait. Methods to auto-enroll them at the same time in training that helps them understand while it is fresh in their mind. Ability to track repeat offenders and different methods to train them.
