Comprehensive information security awareness training to deliver content to all organization members. The phishing module is helpful to reinforce awareness training and reduce click rates over time. Tracking of completion is helpful and allows us to attest to our clients we have and deliver awareness training so that their client information/data is safe. The platform has automation built in to alleviate administration tasks once it is set up and running; this is helpful when the response team is not large.

Better automation and more module content are available than other evaluated solutions. The bundling of modules and competitive pricing made this a very attractive option and one we are happy with. Additional content like training posters and content related to supporting a full security awareness month is very helpful in creating a fully rounded awareness program, all within one platform.

Regularly rotating new training content allows the material to stay fresh and keeps our users interested rather than bored and feeling forced to complete another 'formality'. KnowBe4 updates content annually and also adds content throughout the year meaning there can always be something new. Also, the type of content is varied and can be interactive.
User management is easy. We use it integrated with the active directory and the plugin will automatically ingest users and groups once configured the first time. This makes onboarding and automating training for new users very easy.
Training completion, phishing campaign click rates, acceptance of policies and related signoffs, scores on quizzes, industry comparisons vs your organization's current scores/rates/stats.
