We use KnowBe4 for security awareness and phishing training. The goal of the product is to educate users identify phishing emails
- Their integration with Azure AD is very easy and efficient.
- The training modules covers wide range of materials and are very relevant to various attacks happening in the wild
- The phishing simulations are relevant to the time, such as tax season phishings, COVID Related phishings
- I am able to do all my required simulations and trainings without any huddle/concern and myself with little to no help from KnowB4 account manager. No Concerns
- users are more educated on finding the phishing emails. This has reduced the number of phishing email clicks and false reports
