We use KB4 SAT to deliver quality monthly training on different facets of security. We also test our users on a continuous basis. The business problems addressed are meeting compliance objectives and strengthening the security posture of the organizations

KB4 in comparison to Bull phish stands out by way of content. Bull phish is suited more towards MSPs, which is actually the majority of vulnerable employees. Being able to afford these products goes a long way in further the fight against phishing attacks. Maybe a tailor plan for MSPs would be good.

The impact is that we get to deliver a variety of topics and keep the employees engaged. With the phishing simulations that furthers the cause and interest of talking about security topics. Employee are security aware, creating conversations with security members and asking for more and more training. KB4 really stands out.
We handle user management manually. Our AD is quite complex in nature..so tying it to AD via API is a scary endeavor. I'm unsure if we are able to control which OUs the software looks at. Another caveat is that only certain department functions require an email, so this is another challenge we have.
The metrics and reports that are most valuable to our organization from within KB4 SAT are the phishing and training metrics. They give great insight on the templates persons are prone too and the trainings that are most enjoyed by personnel. Sometimes the line graphs are a bit much, but they give enough detail to get the data we want.
