Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
As anyone in the security or technology field understands, security awareness and security culture are an issue at every organization regarding of its size. We utilize this tool for our Phishing and Security Awareness training as well as remedial training for our monthly phishing simulations for all of our global business units.

Although Cofense was a good product, years of limited updates of any substance caused us to look into additional products. We have reduced our time of needing to review phishing emails by almost 90%. For example, 800 messages delivered into our phishing platform resulted in 650 messages being automatically resolved and only about 150 needing manual review.

We are seeing a better engagement of the training then we saw with our previous product. People are very pleased with the product offerings for training and our survey's always return 4.2 out of 5 in all aspects.
We synchronize our AD account with the AD Sync utility that vendor provides us.
the most important aspect to us revolves around Risk score and the improvement month over month for our program
