Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
I love the videos for training the users and the e-mail phishing tests we send to our users. At first, many users were fooled, but after watching the training videos, our phishing test results have gone way down. I like the KnowBe4 button in Outlook that users can click on a phony e-mail, and the button sends the e-mail to our security department.

- ROI is subjective because if our users are more aware of scam e-mails and don't get fooled and infected, the cost savings of resolving the infection could be in the millions.

Making users aware of how to spot scams / phony e-mails is valuable because one infection could cost the company millions in resolving the infection.
The support and account management from KnowBe4 is awesome and responsive.
