KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training we use for phishing campaigns and training for our end users. since we are a healthcare company, phishing is a huge problem and a way hackers to access sensitive PHI info. We use Knowbe4 for monthly simulated phishing attacks to see if our users understand and notice phishing type emails that hit their inbox.

It has a huge impact on our end users. They have been made aware of what emails are coming to them. if they noticed the emails that are phishing emails, they are more aware of them and delete them and/or report it to us as part of the exercise.
User management is connected with our office365 environment. If a user is no longer with the company, their access is denied. if we hire more employees, those employees will be added and sync to our office365. Also, only the IT department will have access along with our compliance department for oversight
The metrics and report are important because it gives us a general idea of who and/or whom is not paying attention and who is actually carefully examining their emails. So far our end users are passing the test and some are almost there.
