Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Many of our employees utilize Kofax/Nuance as their PDF viewer. A few of us have the Power PDF software and use it to manipulate, create, and combine PDF's for internal and external use.
- Works nicely with Outlook to open and retrieve files for attaching to emails.
- Easy to learn, if unfamiliar with the program.
- Simple, concise menus.
- I haven't used a lot of the advanced options very extensively, but have not had any issues with the main menu options for basic editing and page/file compilation.
- Eliminate time and money spent on printing and scanning paperwork.
When I started at my current company, I had not had any prior experience with Kofax/Nuance. I was very experienced using another major PDF software program, and found the transition to this program very seamless. The menus are easy to navigate, and I was able to use the program efficiently within just a few attempts, with no training or support.
