Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready

10 would be doing it for me, 9 as in always being there to take calls, support is excellent.
We are using it for time management, HR, and payroll. Users clock in on the mobile app, equipment or computer. Works very well.

  • Supervisor login for viewing employees' time
  • Website color scheme, text is hard to read.
  • Monitor support for website.
  • Direct printer access. Issues with middleware.
  • Controllable overtime spending

  • ADP eTime and Punchtime
Kronos provides excellent customer service and we always value that as highly as the product itself. If a company cannot get behind their product why should you use it?

Setup, ease of use and online reporting. SaaS.
In enterprise manufacturing I feel it is perfect for employees. With larger business as well, easy to really manage people under you. For a business that does not use the Internet it would make no sense.
