Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

LastPass for Business is great. We are able to create very complex passwords without having to remember them. Passwords can be shared with other users without them even seeing them.

  • When a user loses their phone and forgot their password, they cannot be reset by an administrator.
  • I would like the ability to silently push install.
  • It saves time since users don't have to keep resetting passwords.

LastPass for Business is very flexible and can be used almost anywhere. We can even capture and apply passwords for Windows applications. I have seen no other product that can work in web browsers and phones.
The accounts can be easily purchased through the web console. There's no need to work with a sales representative. We are able to require complex passwords and secure them using MFA. Logins can be shared with other users without sharing the actual password.

We have not needed to engage LastPass for Business support at all. The system works and is very flexible.
Users are able to create very complex passwords without having to remember them. Passwords can be shared with other users without allowing them to see the actual password. It can be used in browsers, Windows applications, and phones.
