Overall Satisfaction with Lead411

Currently Lead411 is used for sales and recruiting withing our agency. It is rich in helping find those hard to locate contact details. The database holds emails, phone number and even addresses of where to contact people who you are targeting for a new sale. It is helping us build a new and thriving client base.
  • Rich and large database of contact details
  • Interface is easy
  • Strong searchability
  • Lead411 is pricey, they're a lot more expensive than the other lead sites we use
  • They could upgrade their interface to be a bit more navigationally friendly
  • Sometimes the contact details were incorrect or not the contacts' direct line but that is to be expected
  • Qualified leads that resulted in new clients
  • New candidates that are not in our internal database
Lead411 has a better interface. Their database is all cloud-based which meant accessing it from anywhere. Lead411 also provided access to more candidates and sales leads in our opinion.
Lead411 is well suited for sales, recruiting or anyone who is looking to build their contact network. This also shows the companies that the contact works with so would be a good resource to see where the contact you are searching is working. This is not a database for anyone who is not looking for contacts or leads.
