Overall Satisfaction with LeadFuze
Leadfuze is being used by our sales department to generate new leads on autopilot. It's most useful for us as a small business to be able to "set and forget" our prospecting efforts. Everything is easy to use and the price point is great. No complaints so far with using Leadfuze!
- Easy user experience to make the process of prospecting enjoyable rather than just a necessity.
- The brand is engaging and the customer service backs it up. Good new-school company.
- The Academy was a good, systemized way to train me how to use Leadfuze.
- Some of the functionality is still a little buggy, but other than that I don't have any complaints.
- We have not been using Leadfuze long enough to answer. I do know that if we even get one new client a quarter from Leadfuze it will justify the expense!
I have not explored other options in depth, but the ones I did explore were much pricier and not as user-friendly.
