Overall Satisfaction with LeadIQ

My sales organization uses its integration with Linkedin to pull potential customer data from their LinkedIn profile so that we can extract their contact info for outreach.
  • Provides relevant data
  • UI is clean
  • Easy to use
  • If the email address is incorrect or possibly incorrect, it does not offer suggestions.
  • Takes some time to load.
  • Positive: Able to obtain information otherwise not known about our prospects, so that we can reach out to them and try to sell our product.
  • Increased revenue due to points of contact obtained via the LeadIQ info.
Hunter's interface and even the download is difficult to navigate, so I never used it when given the opportunity.
I have never had to use their customer support, which I suppose is a great thing! The product is simple enough to use on its own.

Well situated for SDR/BDR and AE functionalities in a sales org. I can't imagine any scenarios where it is less appropriate.
