Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared

LeadSquared is mainly used by the sales and marketing department. Sales uses it to maintain the acquired leads and the marketing department uses it to analyze, monitor and channelize marketing. Though there is no major flaw in it, but there are some changes that can be made to user role permissions.
  • It's very user friendly and the UI is very well balanced and easy to maneuver.
  • You can add a third party plugin to it.
  • You can keep a check on the quality of leads.
  • There is no major flaw in it, but some changes can be made on user role permission.
  • Lead stages can be indicated with colour changes of bulletins.
  • Increased employee efficiency is definitely one big reason to use LeadSquared.
  • Customer support is awesome.
  • Sales and marketing is easily linked on this platform.
Lead Squared is much faster then the ones we tried to outsource, the quality and credibility is of superior quality.
LeadSquared has many more advantages than disadvantages. It's always a treat to use it.
As I said before it's very user friendly and compared to other CRMs, it's pretty fast in accessibility.
