Overall Satisfaction with LeadSquared
Our organization uses LeadSquared to power our new telly assisted online sales channel. The lead capture is seamless from all sources using LeadSquared. We have used the automation features as well to engage with customers without delays and optimize our call center. I can say that LeadSquared has helped us to improve our conversion rate. We use the SMS & Email campaign module, seems to work fine.
- Automation's are easy to build and can be modified as per business requirements quickly
- The built-in connectors to third-party tools like a telephony system or platforms like Facebook are very easy to use.
- The API connectors & Web-hooks are simple to use and can be integrated with your core systems.
- Reports section can be improved.Currently, it does not allow schedule reports to management if they are not a user. Scheduling reports in multiple formats like CSV, EXl or PDF is not available.
- Callers are not able to view their appointments for the day in a single view
- Dashboard required has a lot of UI issues and needs an overhaul
- User management needs to be improved. There are additional users consumed just to manage call routing attest in our use case.
- Allowed us to a quick start and bare the cost as we scale up due to its user-based license model
- It is a one-stop solution to manage leads across touch points w.r.t. online sales business.
