Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am still in start-up mode, so I use Less Annoying CRM to track people (networking, leads, etc.), keep my calendar, and track my emails. Pretty basic usage. The tracking is critical at this point and saves me a great deal of time while helping me avoid errors.

Grouping or tagging events on the calendar would be helpful.

At this point, it has mainly improved my workflow.

Nerdly and HubSpot CRM

The name says it all. Less Annoying CRM is less annoying. I don't have to invest vast amounts of time learning or bypassing features I will never use. I don't have to pay for those features either. Less Annoying CRM is much more intuitive, so I don't have to waste type learning and adapting to a system that will never adapt to me.

The simplicity of Less Annoying CRM is wonderful. Unlike with other CRMs, I don't have to tussle with features I don't want or use. Entering information is more intuitive than with other CRMs, and the guidance Less Annoying CRM provides is easy to access and easy to use. integrations work well too.

On the downside, I would like to be able to locate and track calendar entries by type. Less Annoying CRM support suggested that I create separate simultaneous entries for appointments, which I do. Unfortunately this is an added step and can look confusing in my Google calendar app.
