Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn Sales Navigator was used by my entire sales team at my current company and previous company. It is essential for having the most up-to-date information on prospects. Also it addresses the key sales issue of building a genuine relationship. Social selling is becoming more and more popular and effective, and LinkedIn Sales navigator is the most essential piece.
  • Up-to-date job changes
  • Provide info to personalize sales outreach like colleges and job descriptions
  • Provides a forum to build your personal brand and share ideas
  • UI and usability - a lot of times search queries don’t work how you expect them to
  • Navigation - harder to navigate from page to page
  • Not sure what category this falls under, but quite often the contact page will be stuck in a perpetual reload and not providing all the details on a page until you reload it or close and reopen it
  • Great impact on lowering lead acquisition cost because most of the time there is enough info to allow you say the right things to the right people
Seems like it works well for recruiting but not my profession. Essential tool for outbounding, B2B sales. Wouldn’t think it would be as useful for B2C.
