Navigating Linkedin with Navigator
Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Linkedin Sales Navigator is being used by our new business and account management sales members. As an account manager, it has been very helpful in identifying additional stakeholder contacts in current accounts, which has led to sales opportunities. Our new business sales reps have been able to find decision makers within prospects resulting in more deals.
Pros
- It is a very user-friendly and intuitive sales tool. I can quickly navigate and find what I am looking for.
- I find the lead recommendations very helpful in case there's someone of importance I miss or am unaware works within the same organization.
- It is invaluable for pre-call research and account planning.
Cons
- The tool provides very few emails/contact information. You must be connected to the user to view them and they are usually personal emails, not corporate. This forces you to use their InMail service.
- Company profiles lack organizational structure information to assist in penetrating an account/company.
- It has helped me stay up to date on client contact information
- I get real time intelligence via Linkedin updates for key target accounts
- I now get quality leads much quicker and with increased efficiency
Linkedin Sales Navigator has allowed me to access company contact information and analytical data. This has led to more personal connections and leads generated. InsideView is great for industry information and org chart hierarchy, but I found the data to be inaccurate in some cases. Also, there is no messaging service to directly contact someone.
