Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Talent Hub
We use LinkedIn Talent Hub for job posting and passive sourcing. Passive sourcing is the biggest area I use it for currently. It helps us find passive talent. Considering the labor market, it's very important to have a tool like LinkedIn Talent Hub and there are a lot of benefits to it.
- Job posting.
- Passive sourcing.
- Boolean search strings.
- Less time is spent on finding candidates for hard to fill positions.
We have tried to use Indeed in the past for passive sourcing. While it does work and serves its purpose, it definitely doesn't have the same ease of use or functionality as LinkedIn Talent Hub does.
