Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We use Linode to maintain our SaaS online and supporting systems too. Currently we have 7 servers with Linode and it's extremely reliable, which I believe is the main point, never had a major problem in all those years, honestly, I can't recall one. It easy to use and is constantly building up new tools. Reading is also painless.

DigitalOcean looks more user friendly, but is too childish...made for youngsters. Linode is serious and reliable....is more the kind of professional approach. AWS is so confusing and hard to understand, costs are unpredictable. On Linode you know exactly how to manage your budget. It's great on this point.
Always received complete answers and they were satisfying. Because the service is so reliable never had to call support for urgent matter, therefore it didn't hurt wait for reply.
It helped us to control budget and calculate costs for the infrastructure. Over the years they modernized the servers and maintained the prices...very satisfied on this topic.
Our system has more them 3k users and makes automations 24/7. It need to be online all the time. Reliability is great....the only major thing is to backup a 130gb DB. This present a complexity that perhaps a future tool from Linode will help to ease the burden.
I believe it can be used in all scenarios. It has a nanode plan for just five dollars, this can surely host your website and small app. It goes all the way to big servers.
