Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

It's used by a department - social customer care. It allows reps to manage multiple conversations from customers sent via Twitter or Facebook.
  • Handles high volumes
  • Stable system
  • Executive queues - being able to manage their queues different from rep queues
  • Reporting
  • API integration - needs to be more nimble
It's improved it - we are now able to connect with even more customers.
Khoros is well suited for industries supporting customers on Twitter and Facebook.
