Overall Satisfaction with Litmos
Litmos is used to deliver over 90% of our training content to approximately 500 employees on a daily basis.
- Deliver training content
- Allow custom assignments. For example, assign a training to team but exclude specific individuals as needed.
- Have trainings display on the dashboard in order of assignment instead of alphabetically.
- Add a tab specifically for compliance courses
- Make all reporting default to active users, requiring action for information on inactive users.
- Negative - more time spent making report content more user friendly
- Positive - increased accessibility to training content
