Easy to navigate and use.
Our implementation didn't go as planned on schedule. there were issues and we were down for longer than expected. Our support rep at the time was not available to help and didn't return phone calls. After we implemented, there was an issue where all of our data was lost and we had the same issue - lack of response from litmos. We had to import all of our data again, so technically we had two implementations.
We like Litmos and have had a good experience with it. In the past, we had a couple of issues with customer support or availability when we needed it. We'd also like to see more proactive communication, hoping that improves with the recent position.
