Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We primarily only use Litmus to test the deliverability of our marketing emails. They do a great job identifying what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix those mistakes. Although sometimes the suggestions can be vague. They have a great support team that can assist, which I have used multiple times.

- Providing a detailed blog on what's happening in the email world
- Organizing your spam test for you to easily reference in the future
- I'm not sure what I can do with litmus outside of email testing
- They have an email builder I believe. How does that support the ESP I'm currently using. Is it only HTML based?
- What services does Litmus offer? What am I paying for outside of deliverability checks.
- Time saved figuring out deliverability on our emails
- Time saved figuring out what our emails look on other clients
- Headaches saved making emails for Outlook (although still difficult)
I'm sure that is not the right Act-On but you don't have it listed. We use Act-On for our ESP and that's where we have Litmus integrated to show us email previews.
It helps shape our emails and what we need to change to get better deliverability, but nothing outside of that.
