Overall Satisfaction with LogicMonitor

Information Technology utilizes LogicMonitor for all SNMP monitoring and SaaS monitoring as well as alerting for the enterprise and IT teams.
  • Dashboards
  • Notifications
  • Cloud access/hosting
  • A little more detail or 'ease of use' for reporting outside of the can info
  • I'd like to see easier ingestion of devices that aren't already built in. Being able to update/upload MIBs directly or some way to ensure we can use any SNMP device.
  • Has allowed my IT staff to be more proactive to resolve issues before they result in end user issues
  • It is on the higher end cost wise but still believe it is worth it.
This beats Solar winds hands down.
Having to chat with an engineer is a little tiresome, but they typically solve the issues I have. I do wish there were phone support but.... Chat has been the 'quickest' for us.
Combination of all. we have on-prem, private cloud and very limited public cloud. We are are a medium size governmental 'municipality' and our footprint is generally 'local'.
I spend very little time maintaining [LogicMonitor]. Set it and forget it almost.
We have a tremendous new view into our infrastructure. Huge.
Anyone needing reliable monitoring of SNMP and other web related assets. Easy. Love the iOS app and wish it could do more but it allows me 'basic' view into my dashboards.

Really a nice product.
