Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue
It is used by the support team to provide support to application issues, and various desktop/workstation based issues. A great, well known easy to use option. Easy to train support staff on its use, easy roll out. A well known product that many people are already familiar with. Website is great and clear. A great decision for many.

When compared to other big name products, it is in the running with all of them. In my mind, the best remote desktop products are easy to use, very reliable and very little impact on system resources. LogMeIn certainly fits that. Little training, easy to use, and a good name in the market, helps get buy in and acceptance. It is reliable and does what it needs to do.
