Rescue rescued me
- It definitely makes it easier to show customers how to access files, programs or information they're needing to use, rather than attempting to walk them thru the steps blindly. I've always worked remotely, so the option to go to site for trouble shooting is not available.

Rescue is an invaluable tool especially with the increase of work-at-home environments.
- It vastly improves the scope of what we can do to assist customers as well as frees them from lengthy, confusing installations.
- The ability to jump in and control a customer's machine to fix or diagnose an issue drastically reduces call lengths, leading to each technician being able to take more calls.

- It helps us to increase our remote resolution from offshore personnel, so you can redeploy the activity of a local resource at your facility to specifically address more of the hardware or physical IT problems.
- Increase FCR "First Call Resolution" if you have this within your SLA
- Improve end user experience, Non IT personnel doesn't have to struggle explaining an issue, it makes it very easy once you get on the affected user computer.

Rescue the practical tool for remote support
- Before Rescue, for most of our remote interventions we were obliged to travel and each trip involved time (with traffic jams) and transportation costs. Now in no time we can manage several users at the same time.

- We were able to reduce the cost of the previous remote access tool with a much higher number of licenses
- Significantly improve the perception of remote access for both Help Desk and requesters
- The product adds much more services than just remote access

Great and my preferred remote control tool overall, few small issues to iron out to make it perfect.
- Certainly saved a lot of money during a pandemic when customers could not connect to the company network as VPN was broken, we were able to troubleshoot machines without having customers travel to sites.
- Saved customers from having to travel long distances to address issues that can't be done without an analyst present; some customers work in very remote locations, which means it could be in thousands of USD spent in travels to the nearest corporate office for troubleshooting.

- The pricing is very premium, not a big ROI based in raw dollars.
- Better customer experience, worth the investment.

The expensive products work, but the business practices are user hostile
- STUPID expensive vs other products out there. That's another reason we will be abandoning it.
- Zoom, Google Meet, etc all now have built-in screen share and/or remote control options.

Keeping 1 customer for 20 years from Windows XP through 11
- Customer retention.
- Technicians need less training. Long dialogue with customers is ripe for misunderstandings. Fix the problem without having to ask about the wife and kids.
- Some customers cannot seem to manage the online renewal process. Sales can point out the missed or improper info needed.

Fast reliable file transfer
- testing file transfer from one computer to another i was able to get logs in 1 min when a competitor took 7.
- being able to remote into customer systems and also being able to remote into my own systems to control remotely
- I dont report on the ROI but LMI has helped me with thousands of customers over the years.
