It is a comprehensive solution that facilitates remote management of devices. It is compatible with all operating systems. It is highly useful for client management, even those distributed across continents where physical intervention is more challenging. Helps in saving time and money. We can access the machine without any interaction from the client. Help to intervene before the client calls.

Permissions can be granted at various levels, connections are encrypted, and there is no need to open a VPN or similar for access to the client's network. You don't need to open a firewall, port, or other configuration. Each side client and my organization have less work to do.
The cost is reduced, less meetings to decide how to connect to the other network in a safe way, with permission or similar.
