Rescue uses end to end encryption so our security team has vetted it as appropriate to use.
As an agent I have to use the software that has been approved by our company IT dept. They make sure that the software is safe to use and that is enough for me to use it without any concerns.

For the secure access it provides features with the multi authentication access signature keys which should be approved by the admin before the access along with the facilities of the LAN based access. Due to this one of the major priority requirement of the remote access is completed ,hence it excels the other tools like AnyDesk etc
before purchasing the software we were having the certain criteria which needed to be fulfilled i.e. of secure access along with the features.

Permissions can be granted at various levels, connections are encrypted, and there is no need to open a VPN or similar for access to the client's network. You don't need to open a firewall, port, or other configuration. Each side client and my organization have less work to do.
The cost is reduced, less meetings to decide how to connect to the other network in a safe way, with permission or similar.

We have PIN numbers enabled and various permissions implemented for certain members of staff. This means there is never any question of a member of staff accessing something they shouldn’t - I.e. apprentices being limited to certain things. And PIN numbers are a simple yet effective method of security.
It just provides peace of mind knowing certain agents only have access to certain areas and PINs add that extra layer of security.

We know without a doubt our network is as secure as we could hope. The extra step of keeping our team members from making poor security choices allows us to not have to monitor our employees as closely as before we used Rescue.
It is a relief to not have to treat our employees like children. We know they will make intelligent choices while on our network and if they do make a poor choice we know our network will not be compromised

it ask you to authenticate with six digit pin number so you can connect with right user, and it ask user allow or deny access before making connection.
I think it is a secure tool to use because of its authentication steps.

Well we have to assure end users that they can see everything that is done in their computers and we respect their privacy, When we do remote sessions using Microsoft RDP, they can't see the screen so, the fell uncomfortable.

It generated a pin code and the remote is accessible only if the pin code is shared.
But sometimes, the user objects that it downloads an .exe file to initiate the session.
In some environment, security admins have blocked the download of .exe files.
