Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is being used to map out engineering solutions to complex problems. It is also used to map out any processes that need clarification. It is used across the entire organization. It allows difficult problems to be addressed and solutions to be displayed clearly so that they can be presented and understood correctly.
- Simply displays information
- Links tasks or objectives easily
- Very customizable
- Easy to use
- Training! Might not be aware of it. But there is a high barrier to entry.
- Easier way to tell what each block is. It should be very apparent when hovered over.
- Improved communication
- Easier mockups for development
- Clearer communication between teams
