Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

There is a lot of information and objects in the Lucidchart interface, which is a natural consequence of what Lucidchart does. Not a criticism, but it is hard to manage all the needed bits on-screen.
So far my usage has involved ERDs. With a complex database, having the import feature is HUGE.

Visio is very cumbersome to the point of being almost unusable.
Anytime you need to visualize the database and entity relationships, I can see Lucidchart being invaluable. Building ERDs has been such a pain, that most people, including me, don't do it. Now I can import DDL and it creates the objects and relationships. This saves an incredible amount of time and ensures the actual model and the ERD are always in sync.
