Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We are a specific UX team or department using Lucidspark both internally and externally with the client. We operate following a scrum process to enhance and manage a specific online product with us 2 million users. Other departments on our project and company use the tool.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Client and user white-boarding.
  • Organizing information.
  • Centralizing and managing a teams work.
  • New users get lost zoomed in/out.
  • Remove division between spark and chart.
  • Add online meeting capabilities like zoom - one online collab tool.
  • Replacement for live meetings.
  • Easier and quicker than live meetings.
  • Helps teams coordinate their work in a visual way.
Only issue I have seen is some users get lost out in space and can’t find their way back to the group.
Not a lot of value. Those tools are not used by my organization except Lucidchart. With Lucidchart it would be better if you have both to not actually have to navigate between the two with a seamless experience.
The UI is one of the better [ones] compared to the competition. I also was a fan of Lucidchart so keeping tools in the same family was appealing. Just don’t be like Adobe. I’ll gladly pay more for one tool that is unified versus having separate specialized software tools.
Onboarding success manager has been great. Even before I was using an enterprise license, support was good.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I have used another tool beside MURAL, but I can’t remember the name. One was okay the other was terrible. Lucidspark I felt was superior.
I can see Lucidspark working for any type of team. It’s a solid solid not being in a room with users and clients running a workshop or other meeting.
