Overall Satisfaction with LumApps

We use LumApps as our primary workforce portal. We share company news, events, and policies, along with community collaboration
  • Audience targeting
  • Supports multiple languages
  • Flexible design & style
  • Mobile readiness
  • Administration of content and users is limited from reporting and historical logs
  • Not easy to move things around on the back-end
  • Not easily adaptable as you grow or change direction
  • We are able to target the right people with the right communication at the right time.
  • Most of our savings are "soft" savings
For your average user and content contributor, the platform is very easy to use and very adaptable. From an IT support & maintenance perspective, the platform is still in the growing stages which I know will continue to develop and get better.
We've not integrated with any of the above
Simpplr was the closest but we didn't think they could scale.

The platform is great for small to medium-sized companies with the need to quickly communicate with the workforce in different and modern ways. If you know what you want and how to do it from the beginning it's easy to work within the platform. Content targeting, notifications, page design is all very flexible and work well. If you are a large-scale company that may change over time, it's a bit harder to change what you have set up without a lot of work to make the "new" approach work, it also doesn't offer any different "administrator" level permissions.
