Overall Satisfaction with MailChimp

The marketing department uses MailChimp to send mass emails and nurture leads. It solves the problem of having to be in touch with many leads at once and remind potential customers we are here.

Pros

  • The interface is easy to use even if you don’t know HTML or CSS.
  • There are wonderful prepared templates which can be customized as needed but can also be sent as is.
  • The stats generated post-sending are very helpful and easy to understand.

Cons

  • The autoresponders section has some bugs and the instructions are a little hard to understand.
  • Increased interest from leads and investors.
  • Better lead generation.
  • Helped move leads up the sales funnel.
It is a great, easy to use product. I am always satisfied with the service.
MailChimp is well suited for mass email. If you need something more specialized, this is not the service for you.
