Overall Satisfaction with ManageEngine ADAudit Plus
We mainly use this for compliance reporting and to provide evidence for our ISO and financial audits. There are a plethora of reports to chose many of which would take us time to write scripts to pill the data but its all there are a click of a button. We also use this to report of file storage usages and has been essential when auditing file movement, deletetion etc

We have saved lots of time and money with our auditors, being able to generate reports to demonastrate when users last logged in, was disabled or deleted from Active Directory or when they last changed their password etc, I know through powershell scripts that can also be obtained howeever lesse expereinced admins can also obtain this data.This has also saved us hours of engineers time when coming to file servers, being able to see easily when a document name was changed and by whom when users forget or have accidentaly moved a file.
We can very quikcly look at changes made within our Active Directory and by whom, we can see Group memership changes, Group Policy changes to name a few, this has been great tool for audits but also to provide proof for external auditors.
This also enables us to audit our admins and track changes they have made in the organisation.

The visability we have with ADAudit plus has improved no end since using the product, we can track password changes, when users last logged in as well as administrator changes.
Historically for auditors I have had to use powershell to export the data from Acive Directory, writting powershell scrips takes time and the auditors frequently change what data they want to see, but with ADAudit plus there are more than enough reports out of the box we can use, such as last password change, frequent user lockout etc to use.

As a financial company we have to adhere to quite a few rules, we are audited by the financial market to make sure we fit to certain standards and have to provide regular proof we follow these processes. We are also Pci compkliant and ISO27001 compliant and having this tool has made proving proof quicker and easier.
